ti.ch design system prototype

The following prototype was the first design system proposal with the intention of unifying the vast website of the Cantonal Administration of Canton Ticino, in order to offer to the citizens an easy-to-access and user-friendly public service. The project is in the midst of the transition between the old pyramidal conception of the government web, and a new vision of a fast and intuitive service portal. Behind the user interfaces, prodigious work has been done in organizing and arranging all the services and informations contained within the website (44'000 pages), which now must be provided to the user at the right time and in a simple language, according to the specific case and procedure, for a highly diversified audience with different abilities to use the computer and the internet.
